Payment not showing as paid
- $Wait for the transaction to confirm on-chain — confirmation times vary by blockchain
- $Open the block-explorer link on the payment to check its status
- $Confirm the customer paid the correct token on the correct network
Card or Apple Pay option not appearing at checkout
- $Connect your Stripe account in Settings — cards are powered by Stripe
- $Available methods depend on your country; Stripe shows only the methods supported in your region
- $Cards and Apple Pay are available everywhere Stripe operates (46+ countries)
Customer used the wrong token or network
- $Payments are verified against the token and network shown on the QR code
- $Ask the customer to rescan the QR and pay on the displayed network
- $Funds are non-custodial and go straight to your wallet — nothing is held by CypherPay
