Jerami Rinaldi is a decorated U.S. Army Paratrooper veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg — where he earned multiple military awards and graduated as Distinguished Honor Graduate of his class in Telecommunications Digital Systems — and a systems architect educated in Systems Engineering at George Mason University with 30 years of experience across Department of Defense (DoD), government contracting, capital markets, e-commerce, and enterprise software.

Following active duty, he spent over a decade engineering mission-critical defense and simulation systems across General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Veraxx Engineering Corp, ESP, LLC (earning a Certificate of Achievement from PMO Soldier, U.S. Army), and DCS Corp (earning a Certificate of Achievement). He then led enterprise platform engineering, e-commerce operations, and site reliability at Dell (2016 Dell Champion Award), Staples (Manager of Operations & SRE and Manager of eCommerce Business Operations; 2017 Staples Rising Star Award), and John Hancock (Senior Platform Engineer) before founding Rev9labs to build the platform for any one person to run a company of AI agents.

Concurrently with leading Rev9labs and serving as President of TECH-SALUTE LLC, he serves as Head of Technology at N8 Capital and Chief Technology Officer of the six-company Northline Family Group — grounding the platform in live capital allocation and commercial enterprise operations.
