DealFlow AI is an intelligent deal pipeline platform operated by Rev9 Labs. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use DealFlow AI at dealflowai.rev9labs.com.
Data We Collect
DealFlow AI collects and stores data that you provide to use the service:
- $Account Information — Email address, organization name, and password (hashed) for authentication.
- $Deal Data — Deal details, documents, notes, contacts, and analysis results that you create or import.
- $Uploaded Files — Documents you upload (pitch decks, term sheets, financials) for analysis. Stored securely and accessible only to your workspace.
- $Usage Data — Minimal server logs for security and debugging purposes. No behavioral analytics or tracking.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the DealFlow AI service:
- $To create and manage your deal pipeline
- $To run AI-powered analysis, due diligence, and company intelligence checks
- $To generate reports and rankings
- $To facilitate team collaboration within your workspace
AI Processing
When analysis or due diligence runs, your deal documents and data are sent to the Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com) for AI processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training. The analysis results are stored in your workspace.
Data Isolation
Each workspace is completely isolated. Your deals, contacts, documents, and analysis results are never visible to users outside your workspace. There is no cross-tenant data sharing.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only external data transmission is to the Anthropic API for AI processing, as described above.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- $HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- $HSTS enforcement
- $Role-based access control within workspaces
- $Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- $File type validation on all uploads
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete a deal, it and all associated data are permanently removed. If you wish to delete your entire account, contact [email protected].
Cookies
DealFlow AI uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
Children's Privacy
DealFlow AI is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
