By creating an account or using DealFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
DealFlow AI is a web-based deal pipeline platform that provides AI-powered deal analysis, due diligence scoring, company intelligence checks, and team collaboration tools for investment professionals.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for:
- $Providing accurate account information
- $Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- $All activity that occurs under your account
- $Managing team member access and roles within your workspace
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- $Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- $Upload malicious files or content
- $Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data
- $Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- $Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- $Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
AI-Generated Content
DealFlow AI provides AI-generated analysis, scores, and recommendations as decision-support tools. These outputs are not financial advice, legal advice, or professional recommendations. You are solely responsible for your investment and business decisions. AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in DealFlow AI. You grant Rev9 Labs a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, including sending data to the Anthropic API for AI processing.
Service Availability
Rev9 Labs strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Rev9 Labs does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis, due diligence scores, or company intelligence reports.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rev9 Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Rev9 Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
Changes to Terms
Rev9 Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
