Troubleshooting
"No deals found"
- $Check your filters — click Clear filters if active
- $Try adjusting your search term
- $Make sure you have deals in your workspace
Analysis or DD stuck on "Running"
- $Long-running analyses may take up to 10 minutes for complex deals
- $Try refreshing the page
- $If the status shows "Error," click Re-run to try again
Company check returns empty results
- $Some websites block automated access
- $Try uploading documents about the company directly
- $The analysis will use uploaded documents as additional context
Can't drag deals on mobile
- $The kanban board is desktop-only
- $On mobile, use the stage dropdown in the deal detail view
- $Tap any deal card to open it and change its stage
File upload fails
- $Check that your file is under 50 MB
- $Ensure it is a supported format (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or plain text)
- $Try a different browser if the issue persists
