Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Secure Shell AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Secure Shell AI is a mobile SSH client for iOS that provides terminal access to remote servers, AI-assisted command generation, and workflow automation. The App connects directly to your servers via SSH and optionally uses the Anthropic API for AI features.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- $Maintaining the security of your SSH credentials and API keys
- $Ensuring you have authorization to access the servers you connect to
- $All commands executed on your servers through the App
- $Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App
- $Providing your own Anthropic API key for AI features
API Key and Third-Party Services
AI features require an Anthropic API key that you provide. Your use of the Anthropic API is governed by Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies. Rev9 Labs is not responsible for Anthropic API availability, pricing changes, or data handling by Anthropic.
Dangerous Command Protection
Secure Shell AI includes dangerous command detection that flags or blocks certain commands before execution. This feature is provided as a safety measure but is not guaranteed to catch all potentially harmful commands. You remain responsible for all commands executed on your servers.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Rev9 Labs does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rev9 Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, server downtime, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
Intellectual Property
Secure Shell AI and all associated intellectual property are owned by Rev9 Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Rev9 Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
Rev9 Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
